SUMMARY:
Our client, a prominent PR and communications agency, seeks a Director, Digital & Social, to oversee client campaigns and internal digital initiatives. Responsibilities include leading teams to deliver effective digital and social campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction and growth, and overseeing the agency’s digital ecosystem and marketing efforts. The role also involves new business development, managing client relationships and projects, and supporting agency operations. RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the agency's digital services by implementing new strategies, growing digital offerings and client base, and training team members.
· Manage the team to deliver top-tier digital and social strategies, integrate digital seamlessly with account teams, and provide ongoing education on digital trends.
· Oversee all agency digital marketing efforts, generate reports, and remain current with consumer trends and technology advancements.
· Direct digital services, manage social media communities, execute paid campaigns, foster client relationships, integrate digital activities with overall communication strategies, manage digital budgets, oversee content marketing, and deliver digital reports.
· Grow digital services via new business development, advise on strategic program structures, create sales materials, conduct competitor audits, produce digital audits, network, secure speaking engagements, and support new business efforts via digital marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 8+ years in an agency setting.
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, digital marketing, or a related field.
· Proven ability to lead a team and deliver excellent digital marketing campaigns.
· Passionate about staying updated with digital and social media trends.
· Capable of managing multiple projects, deliverables, and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent client service skills.
· Strong understanding of strategy and execution across digital and social media platforms.

REMUNERATION:
