We’re just putting the ‘final touches’ on a senior leadership mandate. In a nutshell, we’re looking for a Canadian Country Manager for our US-based client.

Our industrial client is the undisputed leader in their space, and they’ve set their sights on the under tapped potential of Canada. Experience with following is required: MRO Distribution (existing relationships) Channel Account Management Leveraging Channels Product Line Expansion

Compensation Details SALARY RANGE: $135,000 – $175,000

ON-TARGET MBO (30%): $40,000 – $52,000

NOTE: there is an accelerator attached to the MBO, for over-achievement

OTE: $175,000 – $227,000

OTHER: benefits + rrsp + vacation + car allowance + mileage + work from home
