POSITION: CLIENT ENGAGEMENT & SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST REPORTS TO: SALES DIRECTOR INDUSTRY: ADVERTISING / MEDIA LOCATION: TORONTO (1 DAY WFH)
SUMMARY: In a word, our client’s business offering is quite simply – awesome! They’ve been in business for 25 years and entered the Canadian market more than a decade ago. Their client base is a ‘who’s who’ of some of the largest companies in the world. The role involves supporting the efforts of the sales team – across Canada.
The successful candidate will help the sales team to generate and qualify quality leads, act as a point of contact for inquiries, and assist the sales team with proposals and contracts. You will track sales leads, ensure CRM accuracy, and identify opportunities to improve client engagement and internal processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate contact details and identify new sales opportunities.
· Manage client relationships, acting as a point of contact for inquiries and ongoing support.
· Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, contracts, and meeting coordination.
· Track and manage sales leads using CRM tools – ensuring data accuracy.
· Assist with contract revisions, maintaining attention to detail.
· Research agencies and clients, identifying key decision-makers and account structures.
· Proactively identify ways to improve client engagement and internal processes.
· Build relationships with key contacts, helping the sales team deepen account insights.
· Maintain a positive, flexible attitude while supporting team goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years in client engagement, sales support, or related fields.
· Strong attention to detail – especially with contracts and documentation.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Dependable, adaptable, and a positive team player.
· Proficient in CRM tools and data management.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and strategic in problem-solving.
· A ‘go-getter’ mindset with interest to potentially transition to a sales role, in the future.
REMUNERATION:
SALARY RANGE: $55,000 – $65,000
BONUS POTENTIAL: $10,000
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $65,000 – $75,000
